Blitec

Blitec is an investment company that was formed in 1997 by the Black Information Technology Forum (BITF). Its members promote the development and expansion of historically disadvantaged members in the Information and communications technology (ICT) sector, with a shareholder base of over 200 black professionals and companies in the information and communication technology sector. The majority of its investments have been in the ICT sector, with its first investment being 30% in SAP. Blitec earns investment income from dividends and capital appreciation of investments.
